Virginia Bed and Breakfast hospitality shows in the cuisine at Fox Hill Bed and Breakfast Suites.  Prepared for you each morning is a made from scratch three-course breakfast, served at 8:30. We have a variety of recipes that include some old favorites, as well as some creative dishes often using fruits, vegetables, herbs and garnishes from our garden. As much as possible, we source locally, getting fresh eggs, locally-roasted coffee, “just-picked” fruits and vegetables, and meat from local farmers for your enjoyment. Our Virginia Bed and Breakfast is sure to tantalize your taste buds.

Our signature specialties include homemade Bourbon Maple Cracked Pepper Apple-wood Smoked Bacon (it’s a 14-day curing process using Jim Beam Bourbon), plus a variety of seasoned Breakfast Sausages (savory, sweet, and heat). The menu changes daily and includes seasonal fresh fruits and berries; homemade breakfast cakes, muffins, or scones; triple-berry stuffed French toast, Garden vegetable egg bake, Ricotta Cheese Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Shakshuka (Eggs in Purgatory), Vegetable Quiches, Gazpacho and Chef’s choice.
