•  BREAKFAST:
      • Bed & Breakfast Suites include a freshly prepared  breakfast each morning. We are happy to accommodate a special diet with advance notice.
      • Kitchen Suites also include a freshly prepared  breakfast each morning unless you prefer to make your own as they have fully-equipped kitchens. If you prefer not to join us, please let us know by 8pm the evening before.
    • CHECK-IN: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm (later check-ins gladly accommodated – just let us know ahead of time) CHECK-OUT: by 11:00 am
    • WE ARE A NON SMOKING FACILITY. There is no smoking in the rooms and common areas including porches and decks.  Violating this policy will result in a minimum cleaning charge of $250.
    • CHILDREN:
      • We are not suitable for children under 12. There are no exceptions.
    • DOGS WELCOME over 6 months old with advance notice. Be sure to visit our Dog Friendly Page for specific information, requirements and pet fee. Please note: if your dog is a barker, please book one of our Kitchen Suites which are separated from the rest of the Suites.
    • ALL RATES

      • ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY and are SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE unless you have a confirmed reservation. An extra guest is possible in limited circumstances and will incur an additional charge of $75 per night.
      • PAYMENT: We accept cash, personal checks, traveler’s checks, VISA, Discover, AMEX, and Master Card. Any specials, packages or discounts, if applicable during the visit, require advance payment by credit card, cash or check.
      • DEPOSIT POLICY: Reservations will be confirmed by a 52% deposit. Deposits will be forfeited if guests arrive after date specified. Guests departing before final date of reservation will be billed for entire length of reservation. or holidays and special events, a non-refundable deposit may be required upon booking.
      • CANCELLATION POLICY:
        • Deposits  for reservations canceled 8 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $30 per room cancellation fee.
        • Deposits for reservations canceled 7 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. No shows and cancellations after 4:00 p.m. on date of arrival will be charged for entire length of reservation.
        • Guests canceling part of a reservation 7 days or less prior to arrival will be responsible for paying for the entire stay unless the room is re-booked for the period involved.
      • Kitchen Suites always require a two-night minimum stay. B&B Suites require a two-night minimum stay on the weekend; a one-night stay may be available on some weekdays.

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Fox Hill Bed & Breakfast Suites. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically required to do so. Fox Hill Bed & Breakfast Suites does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose too.

Fox Hill Bed & Breakfast Suites may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
